Eric Taylor is the founder of Trident, a private equity firm, based in New York.  Trident acquired Chuck-a-Rama, The Grubstake, El Chubasco (subsequently sold) and Market Street Grill, all restaurants based in Utah.  Trident has successfully operated these companies through the covid situation.

 

 

 

Eric is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Harvard University, an alum of Goldman Sachs and Brightwood Capital and he is a Certified Financial Analyst.
